TIELLO has partnered with a highly successful Federal General Contractor in the San Diego, CA area on their search for a Quality Control Manager to oversee Federal / Military Construction Projects ranging in value up to $50 M.

Job Title: Quality Control Manager (4 years of Federal Construction Experience)

Project Types: Federal, DoD, Naval, Military, BEQ, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, Hangar

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all essential Quality Control Manager job responsibilities
• Keep as-built records
• Manage project deliverables
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Keep up to date QC daily reports
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all on-site employees
• Set up and see-through all tests and inspections
• Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualification:

• 4 years overseeing projects for a reputable general contractor(s).
• EM-385-1-1
• CQCM Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certified
• OSHA 30
• Travel as needed to various Project Sites
• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related to an Engineering field, preferred.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
